Sean O'Malley Net Worth 2026: Purses, Bonuses and the Happy Dad Stake

Sean O'Malley's net worth is estimated at $6M to $10M in 2026, from a $500,000 title purse, $450,000 in UFC bonuses, PrizePicks and Sanabul deals, Happy Dad equity and Arizona real estate.

Sean O'Malley's net worth in 2026 is best estimated at $6 million to $10 million. That is an estimate. It is built on one disclosed $500,000 title purse, nine UFC bonuses worth $450,000, two title fights with pay-per-view points, a sponsor list headed by PrizePicks, Sanabul and Venum, equity stakes in Happy Dad and other startups, and a portfolio of Arizona houses he has bragged about on podcasts.

The twist with O'Malley is that he has said, on the record, that the fighting is the smaller business. In 2024 he told Bradley Martyn he made three times his Sterling fight purse from social media that year. The UFC pays him well by UFC standards. The internet pays him better.

Here is what has actually been disclosed, what he has said himself, how the deals and houses stack up, and where the estimate lands after his White House knockout.

O'Malley is 20-3 with one no contest and 13 knockouts. He won the bantamweight title on August 19, 2023 at UFC 292 in Boston, stopping Aljamain Sterling at 0:51 of the second round. He defended it against Marlon Vera by unanimous decision at UFC 299 in Miami on March 9, 2024, then lost it to Merab Dvalishvili by decision at UFC 306 inside the Sphere in Las Vegas on September 14, 2024. The rematch at UFC 316 in Newark on June 7, 2025 ended with a ninja choke at 4:42 of the third round.

He has won twice since. On January 24, 2026 he beat Song Yadong by unanimous decision (29-28 on all three cards) in the UFC 324 co-main at T-Mobile Arena. Then on June 14, 2026 he headlined one of the strangest cards in UFC history, UFC Freedom 250 on the South Lawn of the White House, and stopped Aiemann Zahabi at 4:02 of the second round before calling for a title shot against Petr Yan. He has not fought since.

The $500,000 Purse and the Compliance Money

The one real purse on paper comes from Massachusetts. After a public-records request by MMA Fighting, the UFC 292 payouts showed O'Malley earned $500,000 flat with no win bonus, the same as Sterling. Zhang Weili topped the card at $520,000. That was his pay for winning a world title in a 51-second second round, before PPV points and before the $50,000 bonus.

After that the trail goes dark. Florida did not release UFC 299 purses, Nevada no longer discloses, and New Jersey did not publish UFC 316. What the UFC does publish is Promotional Guidelines Compliance pay, which tracks status rather than purse: $42,000 as champion at UFC 299, $32,000 as challenger at UFC 316, and $11,000 as a non-title fighter at UFC 324. Those three lines total $85,000 and tell you his rank more than his wealth.

His early numbers are tiny by comparison. Money MMA's ledger has his 2017 Contender Series fight at $5,000 to show and $5,000 to win, and his TUF 26 Finale debut that December at $10,000 plus $10,000 plus a $2,500 Reebok payment. Nine years later he was getting half a million to show.

Bonuses, PPV Points and the White House Snub

O'Malley holds the record for most post-fight bonuses in UFC bantamweight history with nine, all at $50,000, for $450,000 total. Six were Performance of the Night: Jose Quinonez (UFC 248), Eddie Wineland (UFC 250), Thomas Almeida (UFC 260), Raulian Paiva (UFC 269), Sterling (UFC 292) and Vera (UFC 299). Three were Fight of the Night: Andre Soukhamthath (UFC 222), Kris Moutinho (UFC 264) and Petr Yan (UFC 280).

The one that got away still bothers him. At UFC Freedom 250 the Performance of the Night bonuses were $425,000 each and went to Justin Gaethje and Ciryl Gane. O'Malley reportedly received a $25,000 finish bonus instead. "Then we did a pointless press conference where I didn't get a bonus, and it was ridiculous," he said afterward, with the profanity removed.

PPV points are the biggest undisclosed line. As champion at UFC 299, and arguably as the A-side at UFC 306 in the Sphere, he would have been paid on buys above a threshold. He has never put a number on it. What he has said, back in 2022 on his own podcast, is that his UFC 269 purse was "probably what I'm going to pay in taxes this year." By 2024 he was saying "I paid more in taxes than I made last year in my fight" with Sterling, and that he "made triple that from social media." The fighting is not the main business.

PrizePicks, Sanabul, Venum and the Sponsor Roster

The biggest announced deal is PrizePicks, which signed him as a brand ambassador in a multi-year, exclusive partnership on March 26, 2024, with no value published. Sanabul has been with him since 2017 and sells a custom O'Malley glove line; the brand's founder said O'Malley generated $1 million in Reebok sales during the UFC's old apparel deal, which is a funny number given O'Malley's own public grumbling about his roughly $3,000 Reebok royalty check.

Essentially Sports' sponsor roundup from September 2024 lists Venum, Crypto.com, Sanabul, MyBookie, RYSE energy (since 2023) and PrizePicks. The Happy Dad relationship is different in kind: he does not just promote the hard seltzer, he says he owns part of it. Happy Dad also sells co-branded "Happy Dad x Suga Sean" merchandise. None of these deals have published values, and the lists of brands like Monster or Dr. Squatch that circulate online are not confirmed.

Then there is the content. The Timbo Sugar Show podcast with coach Tim Welch, a YouTube channel at around 1 million subscribers and an Instagram following near 4.7 million are the engine behind the "triple my purse" claim. That audience is why PrizePicks and Happy Dad pay him in the first place.

Houses, Equity and Crypto

O'Malley talks about his portfolio the way other fighters talk about their records. On the Overdogs podcast in August 2025 he said: "I just sold my second house that I bought back in 2020 for like $750,000. Sold it for $1.2 million." He added, "I got like four or five houses." Essentially Sports has reported five Arizona properties with roughly $500,000 invested, plus a large farm property where he lives near Peoria and Glendale, where he trains.

On the same podcast he listed his equity positions: "I got equity in Happy Dad, W, Liquid Death, Athletic Nicotine, Sanabul." He also said he holds Ethereum and Bitcoin. None of those stakes have disclosed sizes, and a small slice of a private company is worth whatever the next funding round says it is. Still, it is a very different balance sheet from a fighter who banks purses and buys a truck.

Where the Estimate Lands

The third-party trackers are, for once, fairly tight. Celebrity Net Worth lists $4 million. Essentially Sports put him at about $4 million in January 2026, with roughly $4 million in recorded fight earnings and an older $5 million figure attributed to MMA Salaries. Sportskeeda's 2024 estimate was "more than $2 million." None of them are audited and no Forbes or Sportico list has included a UFC fighter in the last two years.

We think they are low. Add it up: a $500,000 flat purse for one title fight, two title fights with points, two Vegas pay-per-view co-mains since, $450,000 in bonuses, $85,000 in compliance pay, a sponsor roster that he says out-earns his fighting three to one, equity in Happy Dad and four other companies, and a real estate run that includes a confirmed $450,000 flip on one house. Subtract taxes he complains about constantly, a gym, and the fact that private equity stakes are not cash. That lands at an estimated $6 million to $10 million, and the number moves with Happy Dad's valuation more than with his next purse.

REY'S TAKERey Aguirre

O'Malley is the first UFC fighter of his generation who treated the belt as a marketing asset instead of the whole point, and the Overdogs clip is the proof: he listed five companies before he mentioned a fight. I respect it. I also think it is why Merab beat him twice. You cannot be a champion and a lifestyle brand at the same volume, and the Sphere was the night the brand got exposed. The good news for his accountant is that the White House knockout put him right back in the Yan conversation, and a title fight pays points whether you deserve it or not. If he gets Yan, I think he wins and gets paid like a champion again. If the UFC gives him Merab a third time, bet the other guy and watch the podcast numbers go up anyway. Either way the net worth goes up. That is the whole trick.

QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK.

How much did Sean O'Malley make for beating Aljamain Sterling?

Massachusetts records obtained by MMA Fighting showed a flat $500,000 purse at UFC 292 with no win bonus, the same base as Sterling. On top of that he collected a $50,000 Performance of the Night bonus and any pay-per-view points in his contract, which have never been disclosed. He later said he paid more in taxes that year than the fight purse itself.

What sponsors does Sean O'Malley have?

PrizePicks signed him to an exclusive multi-year ambassador deal in March 2024. Sanabul has sponsored him since 2017 and sells his signature gloves. Other brands listed in recent sponsor roundups include Venum, Crypto.com, MyBookie and RYSE energy. He also says he owns equity in Happy Dad, the hard seltzer brand that sells co-branded merchandise with him.

Does Sean O'Malley make more from social media than fighting?

By his own account, yes. In May 2024 he told Bradley Martyn's Raw Talk that he made triple his Sterling fight purse from social media the previous year. With roughly 4.7 million Instagram followers, about 1 million YouTube subscribers and the Timbo Sugar Show podcast, his audience is the reason brands like PrizePicks and Happy Dad pay him.

How many houses does Sean O'Malley own?

He said on the Overdogs podcast in August 2025 that he has four or five houses, and that he sold one bought in 2020 for about $750,000 for $1.2 million. Reports describe five Arizona properties with roughly $500,000 invested, plus a large farm property where he lives. He trains in Glendale and Peoria, Arizona.

Did Sean O'Malley get a bonus at UFC White House?

Not the big one. The $425,000 Performance of the Night bonuses at UFC Freedom 250 went to Justin Gaethje and Ciryl Gane. O'Malley reportedly received a $25,000 finish bonus for stopping Aiemann Zahabi in the second round, and he was openly annoyed about it at the post-fight press conference.
