UFC lightweight veteran Bobby "King" Green totaled his custom Range Rover during a live stream, with footage capturing the collision from inside the car.

The crash, which Green streamed live, shows him behind the wheel with loud music playing before the vehicle collides with another car. Footage briefly shows a red traffic light just before impact. Social media users alleged Green ran the light, though that has not been confirmed. The car, which Green called "my baby," was left wrecked at a pedestrian crossing.

Green assessed the damage on camera. "It's totaled," he said. He blamed the other driver, saying she turned left into his path: "Why would she do that? She ran right into it."

Fortunately, no injuries have been reported from the collision. Green said the other driver "knows she messed up" and that people wanted him to pursue legal action. He said he had no interest in that. "I don't want to ruin anyone's life," Green said.

Green, 40, is a 13-year UFC veteran who earned a Performance of the Night bonus at UFC 329 earlier this year, per Sportbible. No charges or investigations have been reported in connection with the crash.

REY'S TAKERey Aguirre

There's a lot to unpack here, and none of it is great for King Green.

The footage shows a red light. Whether Green ran it or the other driver turned into him, the fact that he was live streaming while driving should be the headline. You're a professional fighter with a long UFC career. You're 40 years old. And you're behind the wheel doing content instead of watching the road.

I'll give Green credit for saying he didn't want to ruin anyone's life by suing. That's a decent instinct. But the smarter move would have been putting the phone down and driving the car. That Range Rover was clearly his pride and joy, and now it's scrap metal on a crosswalk. No one got hurt, which is the only thing that matters. But this is a wake-up call, and I hope he treats it like one.
